Join us as we demo our very popular Yoga20 practice Oct. 27th at 6:30 pm. This class is FREE (donations accepted for a local charity)! See what ASSC's yoga program is all about before registering for the 8 week session this fall on Thursdays at The Mule, the brand new tap room for Devil's Foot Beverage Company. Flow with us through this 1 hour demo and then join us at the brand new beautiful bar to hang with your fellow yogi's, meet our new Thursday RYT200 trained yoga teacher Roisin, grab a drink and make some new friends.
